Dirk Pauwels

Dirk Pauwels was born on 25/11/1961.

After his secondary education at the Heilige Maagdcollege in Dendermonde, he obtained his law degree at the KULeuven in 1985.

Immediately after his studies he took the oath as a lawyer and during his internship he set up his own office in Londerzeel where he still holds office after 37 years.

Already in 1998, after 13 years of practice as a lawyer, he was appointed Deputy Justice of the Peace in the canton of Meise by Royal Decree of 2/12/1998.

Due to his great interest in real estate, he followed a 3-year course which resulted in the diploma of real estate broker in 16/7/2019.

Throughout his career, he has also consistently included his social commitment:

For many years he has been a member (and former chairman) of the service club KIWANIS LONDERZEEL, which aims to assist less fortunate and differently abled children and to offer help.

For many years he has been a member of the board of directors and since 2019 chairman and managing director of the non-profit association VIRGO SAPIENS, the organizing body of 6 schools in greater Londerzeel with approximately 2,000 students and approximately 200 staff members.
