In principle, the first consultation, as a guiding conversation, is free.
During this conversation you will be given an indication of the size of the fee.
This fee is partly determined by the degree of difficulty of the file, the urgency, the scope of the work and the specific knowledge and experience of the lawyer.
In addition to the fee, there are also specific costs that are linked to the file and that are charged separately. This concerns all expenses incurred for the benefit of the business, such as:
• Open file
• Correspondence, fax messages, e-mails
• Dactylo procedural documents (conclusions, summonses, petitions …)
• Registered mail
• Photocopies
• Kilometer allowance
• Court fees such as dock fees, bailiff fees, …
The office was paid with advances (provisions). At the start of the file, and during the period of its treatment, advances are requested, which are of course deducted from the final bill.
